At Texas Community Care we don’t just talk about staying healthy, we do something about it! That’s why we offer our members the special added Texas Community Care Fitness Program, that includes a fitness center membership at no extra cost. These valuable services help you get fit and stay healthy.
The Fitness Program is available to Texas Community Care Members enrolled in the Plus Plan and Premier Plan at no extra cost.
Texas Community Care Fitness Program includes:
The Fitness Program covers the standard membership at participating fitness centers. You get all of the membership privileges with all of the amenities, program, classes and services that are part of a standard fitness center membership. You pay no dues or copayments for your membership privileges, and you have no restriction on the hours or the number of times you may visit the club.
You must use participating fitness centers. You may attend only one participating fitness center in any month, otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of the second fitness center used. You will be responsible for the cost of any additional service or programs that are not included in the standard members.

The Fitness Program is part of the Texas Community Care SilverSneakers Fitness Program program. The Texas Community Care SilverSneakers Fitness Program program is a value added health promotion service available only to members of Texas Community Care. SilverSneakers Fitness Program program eligibility varies by benefit plan. Texas Community Care is provided by Arcadian Health Plan, Inc., a Coordinated Care Plan with a Medicare Advantage contract.
The Texas Community Care SilverSneakers Fitness Program program is neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, the SilverSneakers Fitness Program program is not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the Texas Community Care grievance process.
