Tyler: Anderson, Cherokee, Franklin, Freestone, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston,Kaufman, Navarro, Smith, Trinity, Van Zandt and Wood Counties as Texas Community Care, is a physician-led company dedicated to providing affordable health plan products to Medicare beneficiaries in smaller communities. Arcadian Management Services, Inc. (AMS), our parent company, as well as Texas Community Care, were founded by Dr. John Austin. Dr. Austin has made a commitment to providing quality healthcare to the communities of AMS, Inc. and its family of companies. Arcadian Management Services provides management and administrative services to physician groups and hospitals, and to our Medicare health plan. AMS has been in existence for over 8 years and manages more than 200,000 health plan members.

Our services are designed to help our clients operate efficiently and enable them to focus on high-quality patient care. Arcadian's history and expertise in working with provider/physician groups, hospitals and health plans has allowed us to develop an enhanced Medicare Advantage Plan because we know there is a better way to operate a health plan. We understand the business from a physician's perspective. Arcadian is also different because we focus only on Medicare Advantage Plans in communities that have no low-cost Medicare managed care plans available. This enables us to do a better job understanding the needs of the local Medicare beneficiary population.
